The deal, in words you can read.

Friday is a service for hiring always-on software agents. You give an agent a standing job, which is one piece of recurring work, and it runs that job on a schedule or on a trigger without being asked again. It reports what it did, what it decided, and what it cost.

The agents run on our infrastructure and route their work to third-party AI models. Friday also hosts a pinned build of the OpenClaw runtime, which is independent MIT-licensed software that we neither own nor speak for.

You must be at least 18. If you are signing up for a company, you are telling us you are allowed to enter into this agreement on that company's behalf, and this agreement then binds that company.

You sign in with Google. We do not issue passwords, so the security of your Friday account is the security of the Google account behind it.

You are responsible for everyone you invite into your workspace and for everything they do with it, including what their agents do.

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions. Prices are the ones shown on the pricing section of this site at the time you subscribe. Payment is handled by Stripe, and your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it.

Running an agent also consumes dispatch, which is the metered cost of the model calls it makes. Your plan includes an amount of dispatch spend, and the console shows every task and its price line by line. If you exhaust the included amount, the lane slows down. We do not bill you an overage you did not agree to.

Prices can change. If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will tell you before it takes effect, and you can cancel rather than accept it.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal, which you reach from the console. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your agents running until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We do not automatically refund a partial month. If something went wrong and you think you are owed money back, write to us and say what happened; we would rather settle it than argue about it.

An agent acts with exactly the access you give it. When you connect an account or a system, you are authorising Friday to act there on your behalf, and you remain responsible for what it does.

Agents draft and prepare work, and they hold anything consequential for a human. This is a design posture, not a guarantee. AI systems make mistakes, including confident ones, so you should not point an agent at something irreversible and stop reading.

You must have the right to connect whatever you connect, and to let software act in it.

Everything you bring to Friday and everything your agents produce for you remains yours. We take only the permission we need to actually run the service: to store your content, to pass it to the model providers that do the work, and to show it back to you.

We do not use your content to train our own models, and we do not sell it.

Do not use Friday to:

• break the law, or help anyone else break it
• act in accounts or systems you have no right to act in
• attack, overload, or reverse engineer the service
• resell it, or run it as a service for other people, without our written agreement
• generate material that harms people, in the ways every acceptable-use policy means and this one does too

Friday stands on services we do not control: model providers, Stripe for payments, Google for sign-in, and cloud hosts. Their terms govern their parts. When one of them fails, we will tell you what happened rather than pretend it was weather.

Friday is in preview. Things change, features move, and there is no uptime commitment on the plans sold from this site. Enterprise agreements can carry an SLA; those are negotiated in writing and are not this document.

We may suspend an account that is doing damage, and we will say why.

We provide Friday as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for any particular purpose, and we do not promise that an agent's output will be correct. Check work that matters before you rely on it.

To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limits like these, in which case they apply to you only as far as they are permitted.

You can stop using Friday whenever you like. We can end this agreement if you break it, or if we stop offering the service, in which case we will give you reasonable notice and a way to get your data out.

We will post a new version here with a new effective date, and for anything material we will tell subscribers directly. Continuing to use Friday after a change means you accept it.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. It sits alongside the Forerunner terms, which cover the general relationship with Forerunner AGI, Inc.; where the two speak to the same thing and disagree, this page governs the Friday service. If a clause here turns out to be unenforceable, the remainder still stands.
