What we collect, and what we do not.
Friday is a service you point at your own systems, so the honest version of this document matters more than the thorough one. Here is everything we hold, why we hold it, and who else gets to touch it.
EFFECTIVE 4 AUGUST 2026 · FORERUNNER AGI, INC.
CARDS
Stripe holds them. We never see a card number.
SELLING DATA
We do not sell it, and there are no ad trackers.
TRAINING
Your work is not used to train our models.
What we collect
Four things, and this is the whole list.
- Your sign-in details. You sign in with Google, and Google passes us your name, your email address and your profile picture. We never receive your Google password.
- Your business and agent records. The workspace you belong to, the plan it is on, the standing jobs you have hired, your dispatch wallet balance, and who else is a member with what role. These live in Google Firestore.
- The meter. Every task an agent runs, the model it picked, the lane it used, how long it took and what it cost. This is the same record the console shows you, and it exists so the bill can be checked.
- Ordinary site analytics. Page views and rough location, collected without cookies and never joined to your account. If you joined the mailing list, we hold that email address for that.
Your card is Stripe's business, not ours
All payment is handled by Stripe. Card numbers are entered directly into Stripe's own payment frame and go straight to Stripe. They do not pass through our servers and we never store them.
What we keep is the identifier Stripe gives us for your customer record and your subscription, which is what lets the console show your plan and open the billing portal.
What we use it for
Running the service you are paying for, which means:
- signing you in and keeping you signed in, using a secure session cookie
- doing the work your agents were hired to do
- billing you accurately, and showing you what each task cost
- answering you when you write to support
- keeping the service up, and finding out why when it is not
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. There is no advertising on Friday and no third-party tracker following you around it.
We do not use your content or your agents' work to train our own models.
Who else touches it
Running Friday means handing parts of the job to companies who are good at them. Each one gets only what it needs:
- Google, for sign-in and for Firestore, where account and business records are stored
- Stripe, for payments and subscriptions
- AI model providers, who receive the content of the task an agent is working on so they can do it
- our cloud hosts, who run the site and the agent infrastructure
What your agents can see
An agent sees exactly what you connect it to and nothing else. When you link an inbox, a tracker or a billing system, its contents become available to the agent working that standing job, and the relevant parts are sent to a model provider in order to do the work.
You can disconnect an account at any time, which ends that access.
How long we keep it
Account, business and meter records are kept while your workspace exists, because they are what the service is made of and what your invoices are checked against.
Ask us to delete your workspace and we will, along with its records, except where we are required to keep something for tax or accounting reasons. Stripe keeps its own payment records under its own policy.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support and we will do it. Depending on where you live you may have these rights by law; we do not intend to make you cite the law to use them.
You can leave the mailing list from any email we send.
Cookies
One cookie that matters: the session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is httpOnly, which means the page's own scripts cannot read it.
Our analytics does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you.
Security, honestly stated
Access is scoped to your workspace, sessions are short lived, and card data never reaches us. No service can promise it will never be breached. If one happens and it affects you, we will tell you what went and what we did about it.
Children
Friday is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We will post a new version here with a new effective date, and tell customers directly about anything material.
Ask for your data, or ask us to delete it.
Either request, and anything else about this policy, goes to support@forerunner.ai. The agreement itself is a separate document: the terms of service.
The general policy for Forerunner AGI, Inc. lives at forerunner.ai/privacy and continues to apply to everything this page does not speak to.
